I have a 2008 cobalt, and it only has forward gears. Reverse is not working, the car will jumps like it wants to work, but it doesn't. Any ideas of what this could be? 1 Answer

My car would rev up to 3 RPM if not higher at times before taking off in drive. I think my transmission was slipping before.
