How do you remove the door panel on a 2007 Sport Trac?  Ineed to replace the mirror.

These are usually held in place by one or two screws -- usually located near the door pull, and possibly up near the mirror -- and the rest are plastic clips. You will need to find the screws, undo them, and then carefully pry around the panel until the panel pops loose. It's not hard, just tedious as you don't want to break any of the plastic fasteners. Then you'll need to carefully disconnect the latch arms from the inside of the door pull, and unhook any power window/power door wiring connections.

how would i remove a window switch assembly? I have an 08 explorer and i don't see the screws. should I remove the assembly and then look for screws?
