06 crown vic fuel problems

I hear the pump kick on, took hose off filter gas
poured out. But still no gas to the engine.. Checked
all fuses & relays

The filter may be plugged up or you have a bad regulator. Try testing the fuel pressure at the rail, if you don't have a fuel pressure tester some auto parts stores loan them out (just need to leave them a deposit). With the key on and engine off you should have 45 to 60 psi.
