what powers the fuel pump in a 97 bonneville

My fuel p in my 97 bonneville is new and works, however,  it's not getting any power. I need to know what powers it so that I can trace the problem and fix it.

Yes I've checked all the fuses and relays. I put gas in it too. I travel on a dirt road a lot and I was wondering if I could of knocked a wire off ..if so how do i know if it's the right wire?
