Changed a few fuses thought they were radio and door locks now car won't start

OHH NO.. TO BAD YOU CANT DO A SYSTEM RESTORE...INTERESTING. WONT START??TURN OVER OR RUN??..DO YOU HAVE A CHEAP 12 VOLT TEST LIGHT? IF NOT BUY ONE..IF SO WITH THE KEY ON CHECK BOTH SIDES OF THE FUSE TO SEE IF YOU HAVE POWER IN AND OUT OUT.
