I have 4 months left on a Sports Mazda 6 and am $900 over on my lease
milage.  I want a Black Grand Tourer, with 10 thousand miles a year over 36
months, What incentives do you have and whats the best you can do on a
monthly rate to lease?

CarGurus does not lease vehicles either. If you are over on your miles consider a lease with 12,000 miles. It won't cost much more.
