Dnt know what wrong

What is wrong with my 2017 Hyundai Accent
sometimes when I'm going down the road or
when I'm just starting out I can push my my
gas pedal all the way to the floor and my car
won't read it but when it does my RPMs go
all the way up to three or four and and it
goes like you still just leaving the stop sign
or red light
