Was it the power distribution box (under the hood) you changed or fuse box under dash? What exactly in the box was clicking? A relay? I'm not clear on what you did - however a clicking when starting might be from the starter itself, which can be from simply not having enough power. Charge the battery fully, then try again, if the battery can't maintain a charge, have the charging system (battery and alternator) checked out, most parts stores will do this for free. The alternator needs to put out at least 14+ volts when running. If not you have a bad alternator. If you have lights flickering you will need to check the wiring harness and all connections, also check the battery terminals for corrosion and fraying.
