in Sept. of 2018 my mileage was 25,113 KM. The dealer performed the 24K
maintenance. 13 months later mileage is 35,500 KM. Do I really need the 35K
maintenance which sounds a lot like the one done a year ago?

What did they do at 25K and what are they recommending you do at 35K? Oil change and filter changes at another 10K would be typical with some additional things like brake checks, tires and their pressure checks, and maybe charging system components.
