Initializing Hands Free Feture

I have a 2016 Dodge Charger.  The Initializing Hands Free feature will not
connect or turn off when the car is turned off.  What should I do?

Are you talking about cruise control or some form of hands free operation? I did not think Dodge had hands free capability in 2016.
