My truck wont start when I turn the key

Any sounds when you turn the key, clicking etc? Real basic design in 75, should be fairly easy to determine the cause. If voltage at battery is ok and electrical connections are proper, check starter. You do have a 40+ year old vehicle. Fuel pump maybe? Begin checking.
