So Im trying to buy a car. There are two cars avaliable
1.) 2004 volkswagen beetle it is turbo and automatic +
snow tires
     Mileage: 93,000.    =$4,200
2.) 2002 volkswagen beetle broken engine light
   Mileage: 109,000.      =$ 1,500

Get the engine codes read to find out what the problem is if you really want to know. The car can't pass smog check with the CEL on. If your state requires a smog check when buying or selling a car then you won't be able to register it until it is fixed. I would stay away from that one.
