blower moter dose not work on a 2004 jeep wrangler

I wouldn't start throwing parts at it hoping to fix it. Check fuses first. Next pull the connector off the motor, and meter for power and ground with the key on and blower selected to "ON". If there is no power at the plug, the problem could lie in the blower control housing, or a fuse or relay. If you do find power and good ground at the motor, then replace the motor.
