2013 soul ,it only has 15.000 miles,

Alcohol in gasoline is Always a BAD thing. Study this for fun! IT was a propaganda tool (ethanol) used to generate funds.

10% to 15% ethanol blend is fine in your vehicle. I have NEVER had any issues with ethanol blended fuel in the many years I have been using it. One slight downside is that it will yield slightly less fuel mileage.
