My 2011 Optima hybrid blew the engine. I bought a used one at a salvage yard and replaced. Now the car is making a clicking sound trying to turn on. Does that mean the computer needs to be reset?

Check your battery and connections. Usually a click or clicking when trying to start is a low voltage problem.
