Car crawls when gear is selected to drive

My Mitsubishi 2012 stick shift (Auto)drive this
morning no longer move when I shifted it to
drive, It crawls. But I shifted it to reverse, it
moved normal. What could be the cause

sounds like a limp mode thing , scan for codes and get the definitions
