Service traction control light on GMC Acadia 2012

It is probably just a wheel sensor gone bad but could also be something more expensive like the pump that serves the system. Your car also has ABS braking so, is the ABS light also on? These systems use the same sensors and activate the same pump to control wheel spin. I would have it looked at and get two estimates before giving the go ahead to do the diagnosis and repair. Both systems are there to help you control your car in adverse conditions. If they are not working, you are putting yourself and your passengers at risk.
