It won't be plug and play. You will definitely need the computer from the donor engine. The tranny in the 2019 is probably a 6R80, It's electronic and shifting is performed by computer, not hydraulics. I have a 2010 and 2007 with the 4.6 engines. Even the setup is different as far as accessories go. AC compressor, etc are in a different location on the newer engine.. The radiators are different so you will have to make some modifications there. The radiator on my 2010 only holds about 1 gallon of coolant. The rest is stored within the engine and recovery bottle. That is about 3 gallons.
Correction: My post related to engine swap, not transmission. The 2010 tranny is probably a 6R80 electronic tranny. The 2006 is not. I suspect anything is possible, but plug and play? NO.
