how do I remove my exaust manifold on a '90 vandura van 2500

I took all the bolts out but it doesnt want to budge so im wondering if im
missing something

Exhaust manifold gaskets can get pretty sticky and I wouldn't want it any other way. Just patiently work it off; might take some soaking with liquid wrench.
