Go on the engine inside or headlight outside (if it is a plastic light casing) and drill a small hole on the underside with a 3/32" bit. Anything smaller will clog and not allow the water to drain out. Over time it will drain out and the heat of the light bulb will cause it to further vaporize and dry out as you drive. OR if you have an air compressor then unscrew the bulb and push air into the chamber to spit the water out the drilled hole faster. Or use a shopvac to suck the water out the bottom hole (with the bulb unscrewed again) When the water is gone, add a dab of silicone caulk to the hole and relock the light bulb in its holder. But i recommend not sealing the hole for awhile. The heat of the light bulb should further dry out the chamber after a few night's usage before you reseal the hole.
