Did you have the head decked? This makes sure that it is flat. If you have a warped head you will have leaks

Typically...oil in radiator means either a cracked gasket or a crack in the cast head cylinder. Before they decked the head they should have magnafaux the head which is used to locate cracks which makes the head useless. The cracks can be invisible to the eyes so this is why you magnaflux. When they decked the head...did the shop use the correct gasket (a thicker gasket is needed). Did they torque the head in the correct sequence and torque settings. Did they use new head bolts? Some require you to use new bolts..these are called torque to yeald bolts that are not to be used again if you removed them. I would say that either the head is no good, or the head gasket failed. Should have had the block magnaflux as well.
