I have a 1997 gmc 1500 4.6 vortex it wont start or turn over or even my a clicking noise I checked my fuses and everything it crunk up earlyer but blew my starter fuse dose that mean my starter is bad

Yes or check the connections at the starter to make sure they are clean and tight and the starter bolts are tight.
