Where would the Heat Modulator be? And can send me picture of what is looks like? And how do I know if it is bad?

1999 Ford Taurus Wagan 3.0 V-6 engine. No Heat. Just blows cold air.

Here is where the blend door actuator is,if you turn from heat to cool,you should see and here the blend door moving.
