New battery, new alternato

Baught New alternator, New battery but still
won't charge what could be the proble?

hate to say this James, but your new alternator could be bad right out of the box. Hook a multimeter to the battery with the engine running and you should have 14 volts or so.

Check for clean and good connections. Not only at the battery, but the grounds
