Truck is all crank and no start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1992 dodge Dakota LE v8 5.2L 318 It wasnt parked
but a day and a half cause it's my commuter. I backed it up
to my garage, about 10 ft, and it started up beautifully as
usual. 10ish minutes later went to start up and.....no fire.
Just crank. Started with checking the fuel pump, making
sure it was engaging, we were a go. Then added some
liquid heet thinking maybe it just got too cold and some ice
got stuck up somewhere in my lines. Still no start. Then
went on to check all my relays even swapping a couple to
double check, and nothing. Thinking I must not be getting a
spark to the ignition coil, I replaced it. Still no fire and a
whole lot of crank. I called it a night and my next task will
be checking everything with the distributor. I'm thinking its
gotta be something simple that I'm missing because it was
so quick, no prior issues starting, idling, or running. Any
body have any experience with this or any advise?
