P0174 what is the problem

The card shows a fuel trim problem, a VSS showing the vehicle is moving, the throttle is showing 14.5 open, should be way lower and the engine load is 38%. As this is a Chrysler, the first thing to do is to check and clean all the sensor and computer grounds, then check for vacuum leaks especially around the intake manifold and fix them, then for proper O2 sensor operations.
