Does the MSRP prcie include tax and other fees ? In this market are dealers selling car for below invoice ?  (focusing on 2009 LE camry)

MSRP is the Manufacturer Suggest Retail Price. Dealers are free to sell at a lower price or a high price if demand warrants it. Never pay sticker price, you can always get it for less than the MSRP if it's not in high demand. MSRP does not include tax or any other fees that a dealer or state/province may charge (i.e gas guzzler tax in the USA)
