2002 ford taurus wont start.

turned car off now wont start no clicking but power everywhere. was intermittent at first now not at all, video said to turn key on leave driver door open for 10 mins then shut door turn ignition off then start.  that worked once now not again.  desperate at this point.  starter and battery test fine.   help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
