A/T tranny swap

The 3spd A/T is on a "300" 6cyl. I want to move up to a O/D  A/T for better highway fuel mileage.

well your in luck the 300 has fords most common bolt pattern, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Ford_bellhousing_patterns thats a list of all the ford bolt patterns
