1974 f150 truck starts but putters like im out of gas and dies once i start to drive

Changed the fuel filter and it worked for a couple days, tried a new fuel filter again and
now it just putters and dies while driving

and what is the quality of the quantity of fuel? if it loses fuel pressure and gets it back, it can be waxing the valves in the pump. cleaning the pump with spray carb clean would prove this and sample the fuel in a jar and let it sit. pour off the good stuff in a gas can and keep doing it till you get the other liquid out. that's what i had to do, while back.
