is there supossed to have oil in the intercooler pips and is there suppose to be a pvc vlv in my gn84 i see 3or4 specs that there is but i dont see any on mine

Oil in the intercooler piping can mean turbo failure. But it can also be because of a bad PCV valve. If your car has aftermarket valve covers, it may just have a breather. Check the breather/pcv valve and replace if necessary. Check that turbo for shaft play!
