Feul regulator

Hi I'm driving 2004 1.4 model Opel Corsa problem i have
the small thin black pipe wich is located on my feul
regulator is disconnected from my intag problem is when i
connect it car dies so I'm driving loose with it what might
be the problem

that is strange as to where it is plugged out it means that your car is driving with air being sucked in as soon as you connect it the car looses the required air makes it die. So you have a idling valve issue because the moment you plug the pipe in the idling valve is suppose to open a bit to allow better airflow.
