I have a 1973 MGBGT STOOD FOR 12 YEARS, TANK EMPTIED AND NEW FUEL PUT IN BUT NO FUEL COMES OUT OF THE TANK. IT HAS 12 LTS IN?

You may need to clean or replace the fuel lines and replace the fuel pump and also clean the carbs.

That has a Lucas fuel pump. Do you hear it clicking when you put power to it? There should be a clicking noise. If not, these can usually be fixed with a minimum problem. Take the plastic cap off and look at the points. if they are pitted, file them smooth. set gap and try again.
