Question type: Car Customization

Hey to you pickup gurus: Can I install a Chevy. 350 small block and transmission in a 1964 Dodge D100 pickup? Without too much work on refitting the mounting brackets.Call me stupid, but I am curious.
I am replacing my 350 in my Chevy with a 454, and a heavier transmission, and I am currently restoring a 1964 Dodge D100. I am beefing up the suspension, and the axles. What do you think?

you will probably have to make custom brackets and adapt all the wiring.

Just inquiring to find out if you went ahead with that swap out on your 64 and installed the 350 Chevy and tranny?
