I have replaced the points , plugs , rotor , distributor cap, fuel pump , and the coil, I get fire but still will no start?

If the truck was running and died, did you replace all of these things thinking it was one of them? If so, did you happen to check your timing chain? You have spark, you should be able to see fuel squirting into the carb, so I would suspect timing.
