Nuts holding passenger side bucket seat mystery

I have a mysterious type question that relates to a 1963
murder mystery and a 1970 Javelin

Do the nuts to the bolts holding the passenger bucket seat
attach from the underneath of the car of a 1970 Javelin? So
if you were to take the bucket seat out, you would need to
be underneath the car with a wrench removing the nuts?

if i get a clear answer, I will reveal the relation to the murder
investigation. Yes I said 1963!! :)

I used to own a 1970 Javelin and the nuts for the passenger seat in that particular car were welded to the underbody. You could remove the seat by unbolting it from inside if you happened to have a ratching wrench.
