a4 heated seats not enabled, can this be rectified?

I have just purchased a 2016 a4 sline and have discovered that the buttons for
the heated seats are not there. Can I enable the heated seats? The same is
true for the seat memory function. the buttons are not there. Can this also be
enabled?

No as it was an option so most likely the actual components needed are just not there.
