where could I find a diagram for the fuse box on a 1991 GM C/K 1500 pickup

I think the fuse is missing or blew for the cigarette lighter. I purchased this vehicle from a
non-smoker so I dont know if they pulled the fuse or if the fuse is burnt out and the
owners manual didnt come with the pickup so I dont know where the fuse for the cigarette
lighter is located in the fuse panel.
