Can a relay fuse cause this issue.

My G6 when I cranked it up RPMs went real high T/C light is on Check eng
Light Engine low power on display. I m not sure what the hell is going on.

Relay fuse ? ? Is that like a knife wrench ? Scan for codes even if the light ain't on

Could be a relay for the TC light but the rest is anybody guess, could be a massive vacuum leak or totally electronic. You really need a good shop to help with this.
