Radio starts to boot, stops half way through. No
Radio and No back up camera. New Battery, fuses
good. Help!!!

Sounds like a short somewhere in the wiring. I had this in my corvette a/c unit. A wire was rubbing against a metal pass thru and was shorting out the control panel.
