2016 dodge charger R/T 5.7

2016 dodge charger
Changed starter due to non
start and the click. Upon
finishing the starter I jumped in
the car pushed the button and
nothing not even the click. So I
went back cleaned all battery
terminals tighten all
connections changed out the
relays checked the
fuses..everything lights up whe.
I push the button but nothing
going with the starter nothing
on the dash to I date anything.
Any help would be greatly
appreciated  thank you

If you disconnected the battery you set the security system, run the disarm procedure listed in the owners manual.

Yes; Could be the anti-theft system, especially if you didn't use a memory saver when you disconnected the battery. Look for a car-lock symbol in the instrument cluster; you might have missed it..... If you don't see the security symbol, you likely just blew a fuse, even if you visually inspected them, when you reconnected the battery, or you might have wired up the starter/solenoid wrong. Or if you bought a rebuilt starter, it might be defective; bench-test it before installation.
