Back sliding door locked

I read many comments on here from 2016
Dodge caravans backdoor not unlocking.
Why isn't there a recall on this? I have
children in my Van all the time. this is a
safety issue. Plus I drive for Uber Lyft, and
people can't get in-and-out of the driver's
side.

You need to report this to the Federal transportation agency. Not this site. Your dealer can help with this.
