1993 dodge stealth wont start

Hello i recently got my hands on a project
car its a 93 dodge stealth with the sohc
engine was not running when i got it
previous owner said it sat for awhile and
stoped running it was running when it was
parked that was 4 years ago tho i replaced
the fuel pump and filter im getting spark
cleaned the injectors out also wouldn't do
nothing after that then i replaced the ecu
now it acts like it wants to start but wont it
acts like its not getting enough gas it just
putts and dies what could be wrong?

Yes all fresh gas as far as the oil and filter i don't see why that would keep it from starting
