Do you pull battery to change fuel filter on 1994 dodge stealth? Any special tools needed?

Shouldnt need too but i no on my 2000 expedjtion you have to relieve pressur so unscrew gas cap then take off not sure if same applies yours is a 94 so i wouldnt think so might get a little gas all over

I just put a fuel filter on my 91' Stealth and I had to take the fuel pump out from the trunk to change it which wasn't hard at all. And you shouldn't have to pull the battery..
