Why is my heater blowing cold air?

See if both heater hoses that run into the cabin under the hood are hot . If only one is the heater core may be plugged . There may be a valve near there that opens up or an actuator door inside that allows heat may be broke or just working .

Chrysler products are know to have broken blend air doors inside the heater box and this is a very expensive repair. My recommendation is find a good independent shop in your area and have them check it, who knows you might get lucky and all it will need is a blend door reset.
