sold lemon car - violating lemon law

the car was delivered to me at my house in November 2023. I expressed
concern on driving rough, ac not working, bad cigarette smell and the driver
assured me via the owner by FaceTime will be taken care of including the
dent. They fixed the ac and was told the dent will be fixed in about a month.
To make a long story short, after two days driving less than 50 miles, the car
broke down on the street due to bad engine. After spending 2200.00 the
mechanic reported the engine is bad and need to be replaced. In the
meantime I have made many failed attempts to contacts to the owner Dia
703-774-7799, driver Sam571-774-7799 and the owner says car sold as is
basis. According to BMW experts, the vehicle shouldn't have sold and the
owner was aware that the car had many issues and some safety related. My
car is getting dust in my carport since then and I'm giving you a headstart
that I'm taking this to the following: Magistre, DA, LOCAL TV, Newspaper,
online all media engines including Google, all auto selling engines, etc.
