My truck engine shut off while driving and had to tow it home. Replaced both
batteries. Won't even turn over, no lights

Was there an after market alarm on your truck....i had sam issue under driver side dash were OBD II is located i found a small black push in button. I pushed it in and mine fired right up. Hope thks helps im dealing with my own 2006 5.9 issue never should of sold duramax chevy this 2006 is a beast when its running and even the dealer cant figure it out. Good luck.
