Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a 2007 mountaineer couple months
ago, it's been one thing wrong after another. I
picked it up from the garage yesterday to find
the " wrench symbol" on..I ask why it was on
they did a meter that said it need a oil change
BUT THE OIL WAS JUST CHANGED LIKE
3WEEKS AGO...I tried to look up the problem
and it says if it needs a oil change the
window will say so  WHY IS THE WRENCH ON
SAYING IT NEEDS OIL,,IS IT REALLY NEEDING
SOMETHING ELSE????

I would reset the oil life message and see if it goes away since you just had the oil changed 3 weeks ago. If the "wrench light" is still on after that then take the car to your closest parts store and have them read your trouble codes. Then go after what the trouble codes tell you to address.
