Question type: Maintenance & Repair

14 yrs we have had this. With no major issues. Just wear
and tear type of maintenance. In 2019 it broke down while
someone borrowed it. We got no info regarding what took
place. Got it towed home but didn't have time to or
finances to pour into it until 2020 but by then covid
happened. So not until now we're we able to get it checked
out. We replaced waterpump and tires $1,028. . So we
found other issues during replacements we do t know
what to do. Fix and hope nothing else is an issue. Sell but
for how much ? Take in and take a huge loss? Please give
us some suggestions and opinions even guesstimates so
we know we aren't being screwed.
Waterpump replaced and belts. Noticed spout for hose
from radiator is cracked so we know it will need to be
replaced..
New tires showed all ball joints ,arms , rotors , struts and
shocks need to be replaced.
Ac isn't pushing out air but lights up. When it was towed it
still worked and was really strong and cold or hot when in
use.

I would say it is time for replacement. Compare the cost of all the repairs to what it is worth. You might want to use that money for a down on a newer car instead.

How many miles are on the engine? The I6 engine can go between 300-400k pretty easily with regular maintenance. All of these items mentioned are normal wear and tear items, and can be replaced yourself on the cheap if you're capable. The AC.....no air is being blown out no matter what speed you put it on, can't hear the fan blowing? Could be another cheap fix depending on your answer.
