My headlights and my dash lights and gauges went out

Headlights and gauges went out due
to a battery cable coming off going
to the fuse box under the hood and
the fuse for the cluster keeps
blowing and I can't find a short or
anything

check mega fuses and fusible links , Headlights are HAT ( hot at all times ) along with horn , brake lights , cig lighter , look for obvious wiring problems
